She holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and serves as President of Amedisys, bringing deep expertise in home health operations. Under her leadership the practice has achieved a 99% clean claim rate, a 5-year DOL claim recovery program, and flat-fee $400 credentialing for new providers.
Her specialization in DOL/OWCP billing — one of the few billing companies in the United States that handles federal workers' compensation claims — has made TP Medical a trusted partner for providers treating injured federal workers across the country.

David earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Notre Dame. After approximately 20 years as an educator, he returned to the insurance industry — first as a District Claims Representative for Mutual of Omaha in Detroit, then as an insurance billing consultant at a New York law firm where he was introduced to the U.S. Department of Labor's Federal Workers' Compensation billing procedures.
He is now an independent biller specializing in DOL Federal Workers' Compensation billing and the owner of Data Claim Services. He has spoken at Florida Chiropractic Association national events and at chiropractic district meetings in the New York metropolitan area. He was published in the New York State Chiropractic Association's newsletter 'On the Agenda' and appeared on ChiroSphere podcast Episode 61 explaining how DOL billing is separate from Medicare. A 2018 U.S. Department of Labor Employees' Compensation Appeals Board decision publicly lists him as a representative in an OWCP-related appeal.
