• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a free 12-month claims audit.
• To submit, track, and recover insurance claims on behalf of your practice.
• To provide credentialing, compliance review, and other services you request.

Data retention

Client billing records are retained for the period required by law and by the terms of our service agreement. Form inquiries that do not result in a client engagement are deleted within 12 months.
